Creativity can go a long way. Creativity can form in one of two ways: by inventing something new and useful or by taking something already in existence and finding a new use for it. What the students produced for Oedipus Rex was creative, but was it necessary? Were what the students produced needed for a tired, old story or were they just trying to put their own personal stamp on a classic story?
Greek tragedies are worth producing.

Although, the SAU men's golf team didn't finish where they would have liked to at the end of the conference season. There is still a chance for the Fighting Bees to be better than just conference champs.
The men's golf team finished just seven strokes short of earning their 17th conference championship.

This year was the beginning of the three-day NFL Draft. And upon further review, that's about two days too long.
Why does the NFL need three days to do a seven-round draft when MLB just went to a three-day draft and they have over 50 rounds? Seems a little crazy to me.

The Queen Bees are once again atop the women's golf conference standings, winning the conference tournament by 28 strokes over second place Viterbo. This marks the eighth straight conference title for women's golf at SAU, and this year's team once again proved that piquing at just the right moment is key to any big win.

It's been said that college is the best four years of your life. From the people you meet to the experiences you have to the knowledge you gain, it all adds up to a meaningful period in your life. Four years ago, I had no idea what college was all about. High school had been great and I was ready for college, but I wasn't ready for what it would mean to my future.

A night out with the best friends in the world, a phone call with someone special, a good dream, your favorite TV series, or a chocolate-dipped waffle bowl filled with Cold Stone's "Strawberry blond" ice cream (all right, maybe that's just me, but you get the idea).

I hate graduation, I hate it the most.
I don't want to give a speech or a toast.
What else you ask? I hate clichés too,
like "roses are red and violets are blue."
But perhaps what I hate most of all
are clichés in senior editorials - the spring, not the fall.

I've spent so much time wondering what inspiring words I could share with all of you, which really means wasting hours searching for meaningful song lyrics and quotes, but I found that there isn't anything I could say that isn't a cliché to someone, somewhere.

The world is crazy and so is graduating from college.
In today's world it seems like the odds are against college grads. Growing up, all I used to hear was "go to college and make something of yourself." But now I am amongst graduation, and now it seems like all I hear is "go to grad school if you want to make something of yourself.

I am graduating from college. Wait, I am graduating from college? What?! Who thought it was a good idea to send me off to school for four years and see what would happen? When did someone decide that I was worthy of a diploma? When did I become an adult? Well, the answer to that last one is easy.

It's funny. This thing called graduation.
Actually, it's not funny at all. It's quite scary.
Over the past four years, this campus has become my home. I don't mean the house I live in with my roommates, or the buildings I've spent hours sitting in classes.
